The founder, Hank, felt firsthand the problem with footwear: No athletic shoe was specifically designed for the sport of Pickleball, and his other shoes were not performing, getting worn out quickly and not giving him ample support. To address this, he dug into the science and design of athletic shoes. Along with a team of small business professionals and athletic shoe designers, all with a true love for the sport of pickleball, Winners Edge was born.
